10-minute Sprouts Salad
This super simple sprouts salad can be made in under 10 minutes. It is made with freshly grown sprouts, crunchy bell peppers, and flavourful fruits of your choice, with a dash of olive oil and seasoning.
This recipe involves zero cooking. All you have to do is prepare the vegetables and fruits and toss them together. You can improvise the dressing as well—if you want some tanginess, add some lemon, and if you require some sweetness, just add a little honey.
The most important part of this salad is to use fresh and homegrown sprouts. This dish is perfect for a weekend breakfast or a snack in between meals.

01Add all the ingredients to a salad bowl.
02Toss it all together and season the salad with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
03Garnish the salad as per your requirement and serve.
- Green gram sprouts or alfalfa sprouts: 1 cup
- Bell pepper of different colours, cut in squares: ½ cup
- Mixed fruits of your choice: ½ cup
- Olive oil: 2 tbsp
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper

- Basil: 5 – 6 leaves
- Coriander: 3 – 4 stalks
- Mint: 5 – 6 leaves
