Easy Steps
01Make sure your hands are always clean and sanitised before cooking. Add jaggery, cinnamon and oil in a mixing bowl.
02Mix everything well and now slowly add-in the almond flour.
03If the cookie batter starts to crumble, add-in one tbsp of hot water to bind the mixture together and to make the cookie paste.
04Take two spoons for scoping and placing the cookie paste on the baking tray.
- Melted jaggery – 30 gms
- Cinnamon powder – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Almond flour – 45 gms
- Hot water – 1 tbsp
Place the baking tray in the oven for 160C for fifteen minutes. Your cookies are now ready to be served.
