Chia Seed Pudding
Do you crave dessert but, are worried about maintaining health? Go for an easy dessert recipe, chia seed pudding a light, delicious, and healthy.
- Chia seeds: 2 tablespoons
- Coconut milk: ¼ cup
- Water: 1 cup
- Strawberries: ½ cup
- Pumpkin seeds: 2 tablespoons
- Coconut scrapings: for garnish
Step 1 :
Soak the chia seeds in water for 15 minutes.
Step 2 :
In a serving glass, add coconut milk and soaked chia seeds.
Step 3 :
Slice the strawberries and add them to the glass as the top layer to the coconut milk.
Step 4 :
Garnish it with pumpkin seeds and coconut scrapings. Serve chill and enjoy!
