Easy Steps
01After removing the pit, cut the avocados in half and scoop the flesh into a food processor or blender.
02Add the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the avocados in the food processor.
03Blend the mixture until it becomes creamy and smooth.
04Spoon the mousse into individual serving bowls or glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and firm up.
05Serve chilled, and if desired, top with fresh berries, chopped nuts, or a dollop of whipped cream.
