About the Animal Flow Program
The 4-week Animal Flow program is an exciting and dynamic training experience designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Animal Flow, a unique movement art that improves brain function and proprioceptive abilities and brings a variety of physical benefits. This program is perfect for anyone looking to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and mind-body coordination. Here comes Animal Flow to the rescue.
This cutting-edge form of bodyweight training taps into our primal roots, teaching us to move like animals in a way that challenges our body and mind to work together
Over the course of four weeks, you’ll learn the foundational movements of Animal Flow through two structured teaching sessions each week. These sessions will guide you step-by-step through the key techniques and movements that form the basis of Animal Flow, ensuring you build a strong understanding of each component. Additionally, you’ll engage in two practice sessions per week to solidify your learning, helping you develop confidence and proficiency in the movements.
