Easy Steps
For Paste
01In a pan pour in 2 Tbsps of the oil, add in blended chilies, Thai basil and salt to taste.
02Let it cook for 4-5 mins and set aside.
03Once cooled, add in the mushroom sauce to the chili sauce mixture.

- 4 dried Kashmiri chilies (ground)
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsps Thai Basil Leaves (chopped)
- 2 tbsps Mushroom sauce

For Wraps
01Chop all your veggies and set them aside.
02Using a pair of scissors, cut the rice paper sheet into half.
03Place the rice paper on a plate with ¼ cup water until the paper softens.
04Gently place one of the papers on a plate, apply some sauce and place part of the veggies in the centre.
For Wraps
- 1 sheet of Rice Paper Wraps
- 1 stem of Chinese Lettuce (finely chopped)
- 2-3 leaves of purple Cabbage (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Zucchini (chopped)
- ¼ cup Bell peppers (of your choice, chopped)
- 2 stems of Baby Corn (chopped)
Fold the paper enveloping the veggies.
05In a pan add some oil, once the oil has heated, place the enveloped wrap and cook until the top and bottom are slightly golden brown.
