Before discovering his passion for CrossFit, Vedharth was an accomplished state-level volleyball and cricket player during his school years. However, it was during his engineering studies that he found CrossFit as a way to stay fit amidst his rigorous academic schedule. The transformative impact CrossFit had on his life inspired him to pursue fitness full-time, ultimately specializing in energy systems management—a key component of his High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style. Vedharth's expertise in energy systems, combined with his competitive background, allows him to craft highly effective and efficient training programs for athletes of all levels.
