Tangy, Healthy and Easy Coconut Milk Yoghurt
Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and low in carbs, this healthy and delicious yoghurt contains just three ingredients.

Ingredients list
- Full fat coconut milk: 1 can*
- Probiotic capsule: 2
- Maple syrup or vanilla extract: 1 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1 :
Shake the can of coconut milk well. Open and pour into a clean, sterilised, dry glass jar or bowl.
Step 2 :
Break the probiotic capsules and empty into the bowl. Use a wooden or plastic spoon to combine.
Step 3 :
Combine until mixture is creamy and smooth, pushing the probiotic up against the side with a spoon to evenly disperse. Cover the mixture with cheesecloth, muslin cloth, or a very thin, clean dish towel.
Step 4 :
Set the mixture aside for a day or two in a warm place.
Step 5 :
Once the mixture is thick and tangy, cover it and refrigerate.
Step 6 :
After cooling, add maple syrup and or vanilla extract as a topping.
