This body transformation program is a 6-week beginner-friendly fitness journey designed to introduce you to the power and versatility of kettlebells. Whether you're looking to build strength, lose weight, improve endurance, or add a new skill to your fitness routine, this program is the perfect starting point. Spread across three distinct phases, each with a focus on different fitness components, the program will guide you step-by-step through kettlebell training, progressively building your skills, strength, and conditioning.

 

About the Program

In the first phase, the focus is on building a strong foundation. You'll learn the basic kettlebell movements, including foundational exercises like kettlebell swings, goblet squats, and presses. As you progress into the second phase, the intensity increases. You'll work on improving your work capacity and speed, with exercises designed to challenge your endurance, coordination, and agility. In the final phase, the goal is to enhance your overall fitness with a focus on flow and power. This phase brings everything together, emphasising fluid transitions between exercises and refining your kettlebell skills.
