Rina hindocha is a qualified, Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor, teaches a combination of traditional Hatha Flow and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.After delivering two children,she started yoga 11 years ago , to touch her toes and soon realised that it was more about touching hearts and to find the trust and freedom to live an authentic life. Her classes are for everyone.Extremely Passionate about sharing the true essence of yoga with her students and trainees. Her ultimate objective is to play a key role in the wellness industry for the benefit of humankind. She wants to help people to discover their potential and love for their bodies. Her classes are heartfelt and intuitive, gently challenging and deeply nourishing. Through creating a safe space and emphasis on softening and synchronising the breath she makes you flow with more ease and grace while deepening your practice. She helps her clients achieve ultimate mind and body experiences with Ashtanga Yoga, diet and lifestyle advice, and has helped them arrive at their goals.

This program is designed for women who are looking to start their fitness journey after having delivered their loved one. Before beginning the program we highly recommend that you take the advise of your doctor. This program is designed at a very basic level to help mothers with the bodily changes that they endure during the course of pregnancy. It's a four week program with four days of workouts every week. The program helps you calm your nerves, release that tension and takes care of your back and any other stiffness. Any new mother can enroll into the program to start her post pregnancy fitness journey.
