Susheel is an International Yoga teacher with over 11 years of experience of teaching yoga across the world. He specializes in teaching Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Aerial yoga. Born in North India and brought up in South India, he completed his MBA from Hyderabad Central University upon which he worked as a Financial Analyst at Amazon.Tapping into his real passion of yoga, he has taken up the mission to promote and teach a yogic lifestyle to the people who wish to adopt a healthy and conscious living.

This program is designed for beginners who want to adopt yoga into their fitness regime. The program is a six week program with a four workouts per week to keep it easy for beginners. There will be rest every two days to recover. The program address full body asanas including specific days for your back, hamstrings and digestion. Everyone who has not done yoga earlier can start with this program with ease.
