Raj Ganpath is certified fitness and nutrition coach who has been coaching students of fitness for over a decade and specialises in kettlebell training, calisthenics and weight loss. Having grown up an unfit and sick kid, fitness was a game changer for him. This inspired him to learn more, get certified and start working with people in an effort to help them look, feel and function better. Falling in love with the process over and over again, he found himself researching constantly, getting more and more certifications and working with people from various walks of life. Today, after 12 years, Raj has coached and transformed the lives of thousands of fitness enthusiasts helping them become better versions of themselves.

This is a total body transformation program designed for beginners using kettlebells. The program is spread across 6 weeks and has been divided into 3 phases. Each phase has different workouts concentrated across strength, work capacity, speed and skill and finally flow and power. There shall be two active recovery days and one rest day. You shall learn the basics of kettlebells in this program and moving into various squats and presses. If you are someone looking to add kettlebells to your skill set, this is the right program to start with.
