Having studied at IIT, Kharagpur, Sandeep followed his passion into fitness, which he developed during his powerlifting days in college. This is a 6-week program designed to build muscle from inside the comfort of your home. All you need is a pair of dumbbells to get started. The program has four weight training sessions every week followed by one session of cardio. The weight training session change every two weeks with increasing intensity and variations with each progressing week.
