Vedharth Thappa

Vedharth is a crossfit champion having been declared as the fittest man in India for four consecutive years. He is the only Indian to represent India at the crossfit games in the US. Vedharth was a state-level volleyball and cricket player as a school student. However, it was during his engineering days that he stumbled upon CrossFit which allowed him to stay fit within a tight academic schedule. His experience with CrossFit had such a deep impact on him, that Vedharth decided to switch to fitness full-time. Vedharth specializes in energy systems management, which are included in his style of HIIT training.
