Ingredients list

  • Beetroot
  • Yoghurt
  • Black pepper
  • Chaat masala
  • Coriander
  • Oil
  • Mustard seeds
  • Cumin seeds
  • Asafoetida
  • Curry leaves

 

Preparation

Step 1 :

Grate and boil the beetroot.

Step 2 :

Take the grated beetroot in a bowl and mix it with a cup of yoghurt.

Step 3 :

Add black pepper and chaat masala to the mix.

Step 4 :

In another bowl add oil and heat it.

Step 5 :

Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves to the oil.

Step 6 :

Add the yoghurt and beetroot mix to the oil and mix well.

Step 7 :

Finally, add coriander to garnish.

  • A bowl of fresh fruits

  • Sugar
  • Pepper

Step 1 :

Choose fresh fruits like melon, cantaloupe, and watermelon.

Include pineapple and pomegranate seeds to get the crunch.

To make salad dressing: Take about five table spoons of the prepared tahini in a blender. Add garlic, maple syrup, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, and oil. Grind well and the dressing is ready for use. This dressing can be used on any salad.
