With only two steps and a handful of ingredients, this pudding doesn’t require a lot of effort. Making a big patch is recommended, especially since it’s so delicious that you won’t want to stop with just one serving. While Natasha uses almond milk and almond shavings in her version, the world is your oyster when it comes to making customisations to this recipe. Coconut milk and coconut flakes are an excellent option when you want to give the pudding a creamier consistency and taste. The star ingredients of this recipe are the chia seeds, milk (of choice), and cacao powder, so make sure you use good-quality ingredients that enhance the flavour.

Chia seeds are not only great for your digestion because of the high fibre content, but your overall health as well. They contain quercetin, which can reduce risk of developing health conditions like high blood pressure. The recipe utilises multiple toppings, from cacao nibs to berries, but you can tweak ito your tastes and switch some of them out for more convenient options as well. Cacao nibs can act as a mood enhancer and also improve your heart health.
