This summer is bound to be a scorcher! Chef, Curator of Tasty Food Tales and Table Scapes Natasha Mehta combines seasonal mangoes with soda to make a fruity and fizzy drink that’s bound to refresh you when it gets too hot. It comes together in a few minutes, so it’s an easy fix to cool down when you’re feeling the heat.

  • 2 Ripe Mangoes (chopped)
  • 2 Glasses Soda/Sparkling Water (Bisleri/Dukes)
  • Thyme Stems for Garnishing
  • 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)

Preparation

 

Step 1 :

Puree the mango until smooth pulp-like consistency.

 

Step 2 :

Pour the soda into the glasses, add the mango pulp and maple syrup and mix well.

 

Step 3 :

Garnish with a stem of thyme.
