But chef, curator of Tasty Food Tales and Table Scapes Natasha Mehta shows how to add a fruity punch to a salad with her unique mulberry dressing, and tops it all off with cheese. Yummy! When you’re on the go and need a quick pick-me-up salad, this is the only recipe you’ll ever need!

- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- ½ Cup Mulberry
- 1 Head Romaine Lettuce/ Lolo Rossa
- Parmesan or Pecorino Cheese Shavings (optional)
Step 1 :
In a high-speed blender add the olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinaigrette, mulberries, salt and pepper. Blend until the ingredients are reduced to a dressing-like consistency.
Step 2 :
Chop the salad leaves, pour the dressing over and toss well.
Step 3 :
Garnish with a few mulberries and cheese shavings.
