Easy Steps

Make sure your hands are always clean and sanitised before cooking. Add jaggery, cinnamon and oil in a mixing bowl.

Mix everything well and now slowly add-in the almond flour.

If the cookie batter starts to crumble, add-in one tbsp of hot water to bind the mixture together and to make the cookie paste.

Take two spoons for scoping and placing the cookie paste on the baking tray.

Ingredients List
  • Melted jaggery – 30 gms
  • Cinnamon powder – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Almond flour – 45 gms
  • Hot water – 1 tbsp

Place the baking tray in the oven for 160C for fifteen minutes. Your cookies are now ready to be served.
