Easy Steps

In a bowl, soak chia seeds in 3/4th cup of water and let them swell up for about 10-15 minutes.

In another bowl, mix curd, grated carrot, grated cucumber, grated ginger, chopped chilli, honey, and salt.

Once the chia seeds have swollen and formed a gel-like consistency, add them to the curd mixture and mix well.

In a small pan, heat ghee. Add red chilli powder, curry leaves, peanuts, and a pinch of hing. Fry until peanuts are golden brown.

  • 3 tbsp yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp grated cucumber (grated and drained)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped chilli
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt to taste

     

    For Ghee Tadka

  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1/3 tsp red chilli powder
  • Curry leaves to taste
  • 10 peanuts
  • Pinch of hing

Pour the ghee tadka over the prepared curd rice chia pudding.
