Easy Steps
01Dry roast the horse gram on a tawa on low flame until it splutters. Allow it to cool.
02Take a chutney grinder, add in the horse gram along with all the ingredients mentioned above and grind it to the desired consistency by adding enough water.
03Your horse gram chutney is now ready to serve with akki rotti.

- Grated coconut: 2 tbsp.
- Kashmiri chillies: 4
- Garlic cloves: 4
- Tamarind juice: 1 tsp.
- Salt as per taste
