Easy Steps

In a small pot, combine the sweetener, diced mango, water, and lemon juice. Mix well and cook over medium heat. Let it simmer for about 8 minutes until the liquids burst, and you have a syrup-like consistency with very soft fruit.

Once done, transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside the mango coulis for later use.

Carefully cut the silken tofu pack into 4 rectangles.

  • 336 g silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 ripe mango or diced 250g
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • Fresh mint leaves

Place the individual servings of chilled tofu on small plates.
