Easy Steps
01Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes. Use an oven-safe dish or pan that fits comfortably inside your air fryer basket.
02In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture. Mix until the eggs are fully incorporated.
03In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until you have a smooth brownie batter.
04If desired, fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or any other mix-ins you like. This step is optional but can add extra texture and flavour to your brownies.
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- For Optional Add-Ins: 1/2 cup chocolate chips, nuts, or your favourite brownie mix-ins (optional)
Grease or line the bottom of your air fryer-safe pan or dish with parchment paper. Pour the brownie batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
06Place the pan with the brownie batter in the preheated air fryer basket. Cook at 320°F (160°C) for approximately 20-25 minutes. Check the brownies with a toothpick or cake tester. If it comes out with a few moist crumbs, the brownies are done. If not, continue cooking in 5-minute increments until they are done to your liking.
07Once the brownies are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate for added indulgence.
