Easy Steps

Soak the chia seeds in water for 20 minutes. Wash all the vegetables properly and pat dry.

Peel the beetroot and cut into small pieces.

Next, dice the tomato and chop the coriander finely.

Drain the chia seeds. Then, place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend.
