Pollution, bad sleeping habits, and junk food affect the skin first as it is the outermost barrier – in many different ways. This recipe, filled with the goodness of beetroot, will help flush out the toxins from your body and leave you with supple and fresh-looking skin. But hold on, this magical ingredient has many more benefits as well.
