Packed with the goodness of Vitamin-C and antioxidants, this super-hydrating drink is both healthy and delicious.

ingredients
- Makes one glass: 310 ml
- Fresh Pomegranate Juice: 200 ml
- Water: 100 ml
- Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
- Ginger Juice: 1 teaspoon
- Cubed Cucumber (De-seeded): 1/4 cup
- A Few Torn Mint Leaves
Preparation
Step 1 :
De-seed and cube 1/4th cup of cucumber. Blend it up smoothly and pour the liquid into a glass.
Step 2 :
To this, add a tablespoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of ginger juice.
Step 3 :
Take 200 ml of fresh pomegranate juice, along with 100 ml of water. Add this to the glass and stir the mixture well.
Step 4:
Finally, tear up a few mint leaves and add to the liquid. Enjoy your glass of goodness! Pomegranate is rich in powerful antioxidants, lemon is a great source of Vitamin C, and cucumber provides mineral-rich hydration.
