Easy Steps

For Curry

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, ginger paste, green chilli paste, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.

Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into koftas.

Place the koftas on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

For Kofta

  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup onion paste
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Brush the koftas with a little olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the koftas turn golden brown, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.

For Gravy

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion paste and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook the spices for a minute.

Pour in the tomato puree and cook the gravy until it thickens and the oil starts to separate.
