For Curry
01Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, ginger paste, green chilli paste, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
03Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into koftas.
04Place the koftas on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
For Kofta
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 1/2 cup onion paste
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Brush the koftas with a little olive oil.
06Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the koftas turn golden brown, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
For Gravy
01Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
02Add onion paste and sauté until it turns golden brown.
03Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
04Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook the spices for a minute.
05Pour in the tomato puree and cook the gravy until it thickens and the oil starts to separate.
For Gravy
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup grated paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon green chilli paste
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil (for brushing)
Add garam masala and mix well.
