01Take a saucepan and heat oil and garlic over medium heat.
02Add in the chickpeas and mix honey, sriracha, salt, pepper, cayenne, and crushed red pepper.
03Pour this spicy honey sauce over the chickpeas and bring it to a simmer.
04Cook for 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens.

- 2 cup chickpeas (cooked)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper(optional)
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 4-5 stalks celery (chopped)
- 4 medium carrots (chopped or shredded)
Let the sauce cool for 3-5 minutes.
06Serve the hot honey chickpeas over cooked rice along with celery, and carrots
