Easy Steps
01After peeling and cutting the sweet potatoes into medium sized cubes, cook them with coconut oil in a cooker.
02Add the vegetables broth and heat until it reaches a boiling point for approximately 5 minutes.
03Lower the flame to medium and allow it to cook for another 10 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes become tender.
04Blend the broth and sweet potatoes together to make a smooth puree.
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp minced onion (dried)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup unsweetened almond
- Salt and pepper (as per the taste)
Pour the soup back to the cooker and add in the onion, garlic, cinnamon, honey and almond milk.
06Cook until everything is mashed and smooth
