Easy Steps
01In a high-speed blender add the olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinaigrette, mulberries, salt and pepper. Blend until the ingredients are reduced to a dressing-like consistency.
02Chop the salad leaves, pour the dressing over and toss well.
03Garnish with a few mulberries and cheese shavings.
04Serve immediately.
