- 2 cups pasta (farfalle)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (as needed)
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley and basil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

01In a bowl, combine 2 cups of chickpeas (drained and rinsed), 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, 1 grated garlic clove, the juice and zest of 1 lemon, and 1 teaspoon salt.
