  • In a blender add the chopped amla pieces along with a little water. Blend until you obtain a smooth puree.
  • Place a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl and pour the amla puree into it. 
  • Add ginger juice and lemon juice to the amla juice. Mix well.
  • Add a teaspoon of honey for sweetness.
  • Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients.
