  • Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
  • Jaggery: 1 tsp
  • Activated charcoal powder/capsule: 1 tbsp or 1 capsule
  • Water: 1 cup

Preparation

 

Step 1 :

In a bowl add lemon juice, jaggery, activated charcoal powder/capsule and water. Mix everything well until it’s lump-free.

Step 2 :

Add a few ice cubes in glass and pour the charcoal lemonade over it and serve.

Note

If you are making a large batch of charcoal lemonade store it in an air-tight jar or container. Drink the lemonade within 4-5 days, before the ingredients start to separate.
