Easy Steps
01In a mixing bowl, combine the orange zest, a splash of orange juice, full-fat coconut milk, sweetener (to your taste preference), turmeric (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
02Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds or a parchment paper-lined bread mould.
03If using popsicle moulds, insert popsicle sticks into each mould. If using a bread mould, you can slice the mixture into individual popsicles once it's set.
- Zest of 2 large oranges and a splash of juice
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sweetener (adjust to taste)
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon turmeric (optional, for colour)
- Pinch of kosher salt
- Popsicle moulds or a bread mould lined with parchment paper
Place the moulds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely set. Once the popsicles are frozen solid, remove them from the moulds. If using a bread mould, slice into individual popsicles.
05Serve and enjoy these refreshing, keto-friendly Orange Creamsicle Popsicles!
