Easy Steps
01In an infuser bottle or a water jug add one litre of water and keep it aside.
02Wash the apple properly to remove any wax or sticky residue. Cut the apple in half and core it (remove the seeds).
03Chop the cored apple into small cubes or thin slices and add them in the infuser bottle or jug.
04Peel, grate or finely chop a little piece of ginger, and add it to your infuser bottle or water jug.
- Chopped ginger: 1 tsp
- Cored apple or pear: 1/2
- Water: 1 liter
Close the lid and allow the water to infuse in the ingredients for thirty minutes.
