Easy Steps
01The night before: Pre-soak oats, chia seeds and coconut milk in a glass or bowl. Keep it in the fridge overnight.
02Remove the skin on the apples and cut into small cubes.
03Add cut apples, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lime juice and salt to a pan and mix well.
04Cover and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. The apples will become soft and release its juices.
- Chia Seeds: 2 teaspoon
- Rolled Oats (gluten free): 2 tablespoons
- Coconut Milk: 100ml (half cup)
- Apples: 2 whole
- Coconut Sugar: 15 gm
- Cinnamon: 1/4th teaspoon
- Nutmeg: 1/8th teaspoon
- Lime juice: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: a pinch
Drizzle this liquid over the overnight oats. Do this if you want to avoid adding additional sweetener to your meal.
06Once ready, pour apples over the pre-soaked oats chia mix.
07Add some roasted nuts and seeds. Enjoy!
