Easy Steps
01Warm almond milk in a saucepan (do not boil).
02In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with 2 tablespoons of warm water until smooth.
03Add the matcha mixture to the warm almond milk.
04Stir in honey and collagen powder until fully dissolved.
05Pour into a silicone mould or lined container, refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set. Cut into cubes and enjoy chilled.

- Honey – 1 tsp (5 g)
- Collagen powder (optional) – 2 scoops
- Almond milk (unsweetened) – 1 cup (240 ml ≈ 240 g)
