Easy Steps
01Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
02Add curry leaves, then toss in shredded cabbage, carrot, and capsicum.
03Sprinkle turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt.
04Mix well, sprinkle a little water, and cook covered for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender but not mushy.
05Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or phulka.
