1st: Scrub the underside of nails with soap and water

2nd: Chew slowly, savour every bite

3rd: Keep your shoulder back and relaxed

4th: Press your third eye spot for 30 seconds to relieve a headache

5th: Counter the effects of sitting with the world’s greatest stretching
