With a strong passion for biomechanics and a commitment to helping individuals live pain-free, Heath has developed a comprehensive Back Rehab Program designed specifically to address the most common causes of lower back pain.

This program features a carefully curated selection of exercises aimed at improving mobility, flexibility, stability, and functional strength. By focusing on these essential elements, participants will not only find relief from pain but also develop a stronger, more resilient back for long-term health and well-being.
